Urbavore is offering Full-time Field Crew Positions for the 2026 season which
begins in March ands runs through November (with the possibility of staying on
through the winter and/or coming back in the spring). Wages generally start at
$15/hour, but may be higher depending on experience level. 1 YEAR prior farming
experience preferred.
We are also offering our first ever Assistant Farm Manager Position, starting in
March with the intention of keeping this person on to grow with our business and
eventually manage the farm at large. Co-ownership and collaborative
partnerships are something we’d like to explore with the right person! Starting
wage between $17 and $22/hour depending on experience level, with the intention
of significant wage increases in subsequent years for the right person. 3 YEARS
prior farming experience required, and management experience preferred.
