Cultivate KC’s New Roots program is a four-year farm incubator that provides land, training, and market access
to refugee and New American farmers as they launch and grow independent farm businesses.
The Sales Manager oversees all New Roots sales operations and works closely with the Juniper Gardens
Training Farm (JGTF) Program Manager to align sales, production, and training goals. This role manages sales
logistics, customer relationships, and data systems while training and supervising farmers participating in the
CSA learning track.
