Midtown Hoedown is a family-friendly, farm-centered folk dance + so much more! This event is perfect for farming and food enthusiasts of ALL ages. The evening starts with kid-friendly tunes from Janie Next Door, and the centerpiece of the event is a gender inclusive folk dance with live string music by Ozarks-based Shortleaf and dance steps called by James Slaughter. The dances are all taught on the spot – no experience is necessary.
